‘Twas the week before Easter . . . and members of the Board of St. Francis arrived with ribbons, feathers, pipe cleaners and flowers to help an enthusiastic group of Residents design and create their own Easter bonnets! They made extras so that everyone who desired would have a masterpiece to wear for the parade on Tuesday of Easter week.
The day of the parade arrived! The Easter Bunny was in attendance! Patrick Ireland provided live music including “Easter Parade”, “Alleluia! Alleluia! Give Thanks to the Risen Lord”, as well as many other favorites. Our Easter Parade was delightful! What a happy band of Residents showing off their millinery creations and vocal skills alike.
