Missionary of Mercy, our Father McKay
Father Douglas McKay is still very much a part of the Extended Family of Holy Family Home even though he left us 10 years ago, after 23 years of serving as our Chaplain, to devote himself, full-time, at “Our House Ministries.”
Seeing “our Father McKay” among the ten new missionaries of mercy, Little Sisters and Residents felt honored to attend the solemn vespers and commissioning presided by Most Reverend Nelson J. Pérez at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul.
